This Code of Conduct applies to all members, attendees, speakers, partners, and volunteers participating in any AliyahTech activity — online or in person.
Expected Behavior
- Communicate respectfully with all community members.
- Foster inclusiveness across cultures, backgrounds, identities, and experience levels.
- Maintain professional conduct in all interactions.
- Collaborate openly, share knowledge generously, and support fellow Olim.
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment of any kind, including verbal, written, or physical.
- Discrimination based on nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, age, disability, or any protected characteristic.
- Spam, unsolicited promotion, or repeated self-promotion in community channels.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.
- Abusive, threatening, or intimidating behavior.
- Sharing private information of others without consent.
Enforcement
AliyahTech reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to warn, suspend, or permanently remove any participant or member who violates this Code of Conduct, without refund where applicable. To report a violation, contact info@aliyahtech.org. Reports are treated confidentially.
