AliyahTechThese Event Terms apply to all events organized, hosted, or co-hosted by AliyahTech, whether in person or virtual. By registering for or attending any AliyahTech event, you agree to these terms.
Event Participation
Attendance at AliyahTech events is voluntary. Participants are responsible for their own conduct, belongings, and well-being throughout the event.
Media Release
By attending an AliyahTech event, you acknowledge and consent that the event may be photographed, audio-recorded, and video-recorded. You grant AliyahTech a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute such images, audio, and recordings, including your likeness, for purposes such as:
- Marketing and promotional materials
- Publications and reports
- Social media channels
- Future events and presentations
- Community newsletters and announcements
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the AliyahTech team in writing prior to the event at info@aliyahtech.org.
Event Changes
AliyahTech reserves the right to modify any aspect of an event without prior notice, including but not limited to:
- Agenda and program content
- Speakers and panelists
- Venue or virtual platform
- Date and schedule
Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AliyahTech, its representatives, partners, and sponsors are not liable for any personal loss, damage, injury, or theft sustained by participants before, during, or after an event. Participants attend at their own risk.
